2 tablespoons coconut butter
cup walnuts, soaked for 2 hours and drained
cup hot water
1 banana, peeled and chopped
teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons coconut sugar


Directions:


Put all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse well.
Transfer this to a pan, heat up over medium heat until it thickens, divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
