• 1 square Lemon Pepper Saute Express® Saute Starter
• 1/2 lb. tilapia fillets
• 3 cups coleslaw mix
• 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
• 8 hard corn taco shells, warmed
• Pico de gallo (optional)
• Guacamole (optional)
• Sour cream (optional)
• In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Sauté Express(R) square over mediumlow
heat until it begins to bubble.
• Put in fish.
• Sauté it for 7 to 10 minutes or until both sides turn golden brown and flaky.
Take out of the skillet.
• In the skillet, stir coleslaw and cilantro until covered and well-done.
• Break into bite-sized fish pieces. Put coleslaw combination, fish and extra
toppings on every taco shell.
