Ingredients
• 2 tbsps. butter
• 4 tsps. all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 tbsps. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Direction
• Over medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan and then mix in flour to form a
smooth paste. Slowly mix in milk and heat to boil on medium heat while
stirring often. Let to cook for two minutes or until thickened. Take out from
the heat source and mix in cayenne pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
