• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsps. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 4 (4 oz.) tuna steaks
• Mix the soy sauce, parsley, lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, oregano,
pepper, and garlic in a large non-reactive dish. Add the tuna steaks into the
marinade, flipping them well until coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate it for
at least half an hour.
• Set the grill to high heat for preheating.
• Put oil onto the grate lightly. Grill the tuna steaks for 5-6 minutes. Flip the
steaks over and baste them with the marinade. Cook for 5 more minutes until
you reached the desired doneness. Discard the remaining marinade.
