2 teaspoons nutmeg, ground
cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
cup hemp hearts

Spread all the ingredients out onto a lined baking sheet, toss to combine, and bake at 300 degrees F for 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
